3. Good Night’s Sleep – 6 to 8 hours are best, less than 6 increases your risk for insulin resistance and Diabetes.

4. Avoid Processed Foods – eat more fresh, raw and organic foods.

6. Keep Brain Active – memory games, puzzles, etc.
