Carb Loading and Diabetes

this 1:16 hour documentary (FREE viewing thru 2-13) shows how neither genes nor obesity are the only risk factors for Diabetes. It is instead what many athletes do, CARB LOADING. This fit and fairly young man did his homework after doctors wanted to prescribe him what he refers to as, the “rubber stamp approach” in the form of THREE prescriptions.

Processed carbs have become the drug of choice for many. These addicting, blood sugar rising and inflammation causing carbs don’t just cause pain, mess with your blood sugar level and widen the waistline–eaten long enough they’ll cause brain fog to the point of Alzheimer’s. There’s a reason the latter has been referred to as Type 3 Diabetes.

Even sadder are the infants and children being diagnosed with diabetes. Contrary to many parent’s belief, carb loading in the form of sweets, breads, pasta, pizza, French fries, etc… do not equal love.

Only thing worse than a high carb diet are the GMO ridden and pesticides laden ones.
