Cauliflower Pizza Crust

By on May 2, 2015

a fabulous email find. Not just gluten free–it’s free of bread. Those fattening carbs.

In sharing this across my social media sites and tagging Sprouts Farmer’s Market, they asked me to let them know how I liked it. As much as I’d like to tell them (sooner than later), it’ll be awhile before I’ll have access to a kitchen. My planned 4-month bout as a gypsy is now going on 2+ years. And it looks like it’ll be another 9+/- months.

My other newly created muse happens to be on the road. Something I’ve had on my Bucket List for over 2 decades. To keep me from going a bit stir crazy however, I’ve found a way to use my creativity– I began designing t-shirts for women in trucking. Something else I’ve had planned for DetoxMentor.

Without getting too sidetracked. Link above goes to that TruckHers site. This link goes to cauliflower pizza crust recipe. Should you decide to try, I’m sure Sprouts would love to hear your opinion. My gut (and taste buds) tell me it’ll be divine for several reasons. Not just good, but good for us. Looks fast and easy. It’ll make eating pizza a real treat. It also won’t wreak havoc on your health should you eat it more often than not. I love pizza. I just don’t like the way it makes me look or feel.

If what you’re about to eat will make you look and feel better, go for it.

**photo taken from my first and only slice of pizza this year. U.S. Pizza Co. in Missouri. Thin crust, fresh and super tasty. A quick stop complete with… “Y’all have a good day!”
