Chili Peppers For Blood Thinners and Dis-ease?

By on August 3, 2014

“The active ingredient in chili peppers — produces chronic activation of a receptor on cells lining the intestines of mice, triggering a reaction that ultimately reduces the risk of colorectal tumors.” ScienceDaily.com~

having worked for Dr. Richard Schulze, a leader in the field of natural healing, I learned firsthand the benefits of peppers… african bird pepper, or the active ingredient capsaicin to be exact! I am a firm believer in using spicy foods (in moderation) as part of my health regime.

I’ll never forget what happened when I began adding more spice to my life. Digestion improved and I could see chunks of mucus leave my body. For those that don’t believe excess mucus to be a problem, just know… many cysts and tumors are formed from mucus. Mucus also traps things (bacteria, parasites) in your body as a way of protecting itself. For this reason I too have added it to my colon and liver cleanse with the following information on this particular ingredient.

CAYENNE/AFRICAN BIRD PEPPER – studies have shown it effective for weight loss and appetite control. Helps promote regular bowel movements, effective in treating psoriasis, shingles, arthritis, heartburn, digestive problems, circulatory problems, and as an overall powerful pain reliever. Also known to increase energy. Investigational studies are being done to treat heart disease and atherosclerosis with garlic. A small amount is added to increase the effectiveness of all other herbs, increases circulation, and helps remove excess mucus.

In reading another article on peppers today, they list the benefits of a type of yellow chili pepper:

“Health benefits of hot chilies include:

• thermogenic properties that boost metabolism
• anti-bacterial, anti-carcinogenic, pain reducing, and anti-diabetic properties
• help reduce LDL cholesterol levels in obese individuals
• support weight loss
• high in antioxidants and flavonoids including ß-carotene, ?-carotene, lutein, zeaxanthin, and cryptoxanthin
• amazingly high in vitamin C, with 100 grams providing as much as 240% of the daily requirement”  ~Renegade Health.com~

So rather than risk side effects of conventional treatments/pHARMaceuticals, consider using chili peppers (whole, powder, flakes, or liquid form) instead. Like barefoot walking, it is especially great for thinning the blood. Please note** TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) practitioners treat patients based on the excess heat or cold in the body. If you are not sure, it is best to find out. Some TCM doctors also eliminate spicy foods when treating hormonal imbalances – know your type before going too Gung Ho on spices.

**for an additional way to rid your body of mucus, consider doing a 3-day mucus cleanse. It is intense, but it’ll have you eliminating 1-gallon of toxic lymph fluid (and excess mucus) a day.
