Does Inflammation Cause Heart Disease?

By on July 28, 2013

Yesterday I was asked (via Facebook) my opinion on an article. The doctor who wrote article, has not only done over 5000 open-heart surgeries, he admits to having had an ego and being wrong.

My quick Facebook response was…

Carmen D Cisneros I agree with inflammation being a culprit to that and other dis-eases. Even Alzheimer’s has been referred to as Type 3 Diabetes. Again inflammation. Read the other day, even cancer can be caused by it. But… I always say, just as there is no one cause to disease, there is not a single cure. Then again, given a clean body and real food, the body can heal itself (so long as mind don’t interfere). As for fat, we need it! The good ones. One more thing though, with any late stage/advanced disease, a radical change in diet is needed. In other words, stop doing what got them sick in the first place. So much I can say, but this’ll give you an idea on my thoughts.

Someone commented stating that he had his license to practice medicine taken away. My belief and response to that is/was…

He’s a threat to FDA, as was my former employer. With food as our FARMacy, who needs a pharmacy.

The original Hippocratic Oath had it correct by saying, let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.

“What you can do is choose whole foods your grandmother served and not those your mom turned to as grocery store aisles filled with manufactured foods. By eliminating inflammatory foods and adding essential nutrients from fresh unprocessed food, you will reverse years of damage in your arteries and throughout your body from consuming the typical American diet.”  ~Dr. Dwight Lundell, March 1, 2012~
Better to blow the whistle on inflammation than toot your own horn on unnecessary invasive procedures. Dr. Dwight Lundell, goes on to say…
“Inflammation is not complicated — it is quite simply your body’s natural defense to a foreign invader such as a bacteria, toxin or virus. The cycle of inflammation is perfect in how it protects your body from these bacterial and viral invaders. However, if we chronically expose the body to injury by toxins or foods the human body was never designed to process, a condition occurs called chronic inflammation.”
All of which can be remedied with old school, no fluff detox and real food. If you or someone you know does have heart disease and/or is in need of a heart bypass surgery, consider having a natural bypass. A non-invasive, FDA approved, win-win way to get squeezed for life, detox, and grow new arteries in the process!
