Soda Doesn’t Just Cause A Fatty Liver and Type 2 Diabetes

By on August 5, 2015

There’s more to a fatty liver than fat. Sure it causes your body to store fat, but not the end of your world, should you become proactive. You can prevent and reverse any and all dis-ease with DETOX.

A fatty liver and Type 2 Diabetes aren’t the only thing to worry about from drinking just over ONE cup of soda a day either. Alzheimers has been referred to as Type 3 Diabetes. No matter how you slice it, sugar causes inflammation to brain and body. And inflammation causes pain. A vicious cycle for anyone eating or drinking sugary stuff to feel better.

“A meta-analysis found that drinking one or more 250 ml servings of soda per day raised the individual’s risk of type 2 diabetes by 18 percent. After adjusting for obesity, it raised the risk of diabetes by 13 percent.” ~Dr. Mercola~

This considering a 20-ounce soda contains the equivalent of 16 teaspoons of High Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS).

All that HFCS is hardly worth adding inches and shortening your life. And, FYI… diet/zero calorie, aspartame containing sodas aren’t a whole lot better. That ingredient and MSG are considered the crack cocaine of the food industry. They can excite your brain to death.

Isn’t it time you fed your mind, body and soul instead of your taste buds?

“#DietSodaScam: @PepsiCo switching from aspartame to sucralose is like rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic.” ~Dr. Mercola~
