Weight Loss. To Weigh or Not To Weigh

By on March 14, 2015

while this study believes daily weighing does help you lose weight, I don’t agree. What it does do is have your “vanity lead to insanity.” That can then lead to emotional eating.

Reason I know is that I’ve helped many lose weight. One client, a retired actress did this. And boy did daily weighing get the best of her, which is why I coined that term.

Most know muscle is heavier than fat. And water can put extra pounds and inches on. Well, toxic waste is also responsible for at least 10 extra pounds in the average person. Elvis Presley and John Wayne are proof. Elvis, to a tune of 50-ish pounds. May celebreties of today bring this to mainstream media a-l-r-e-a-d-y.

“LOS ANGELES – It has been widely reported that Elvis Presley died in 1977 from cardiac arrhythmia, an irregular heartbeat, possibly brought on by drug dependency, obesity and a weak heart. But the music legend’s longtime friend and physician, Dr. George “Nick” Nichopoulos, has put pen to paper for the first time and revealed his belief that it was chronic constipation that actually killed the King of Rock and Roll.” ~Hollie McKay, FoxNews.com~

Weight loss does not come AND/OR last from counting calories or weighing yourself. It is achieved by eating real and unprocessed food. That and detox. Because when your are green and clean inside, you’ll be lean outside.

Just know… Even raw nuts and seeds can make the waist wider and thighs thicker. Moderation and proper food combining are key.
